The Role

As part of a major transformation programme, the FP&A function strives to be a best-in-class reporting, forecasting and performance analysis team.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will take an active role in generating the insights and analysis to ensure that Yeo Valley has an accurate understanding of the cost of production of each of its products. Whether it is helping the Site Management teams in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, building a case for significant capital expenditures, or playing an active role in cross-functional workstreams, the FP&A Manager will be integral to the ongoing success of Yeo Valley. Specific responsibilities include:

About You

Ideally degree educated and a recently qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), you will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and planning skills combined with a commercial outlook. Highly motivated, you'll be able to communicate persuasively to win support and have the ability to operate and manoeuvre in a fast changing and growing environment.
