This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and driven sales manager who seeks responsibility for a solus 'franchise' sales operation in Croydon.
You will be in charge of a dedicated sales team and supported by transaction and business managers. You will report into a locally based General Manager who oversees a number of sites.
This role is perfect for someone to make their mark as a Brand Manager and earn the right to push onto bigger roles within the group in due course.
You will be employed by a large PLC dealer group with an excellent reputation for looking after and developing their staff. They expect you to show clear leadership and take full accountability for the site.
This will include; Financials, reporting, stock management, staff recruitment and retention, processes and procedures.
We are not looking for a deal stacker and second facer. This is a genuine senior management opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves.
