Working for this city centre firm you will be required to:

·Develop, own and implement the delivery plan for Strategic Partnership communications. Develop propositions, manage campaigns and develop relationships with third parties and internal stakeholders (to Executive level).

·Full line management responsibility for up to two direct reports to ensure delivery against agreed plans and to ensure ownership is taken for all work:

Ensuring effective delivery of communication activity across all areas of the business

Manage own direct reports’ development, technical expertise and motivation

Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in order to maximise efficiency and effectiveness

Develop culture of delivery, ownership and professionalism

Work with digital suppliers to deliver effective communications to intermediaries.

Manage strategic developments and day to day website enhancements, working with internal and external contacts to ensure streamlined and effective customer journey.

Undertake campaign analysis and evaluation of all activity across all medias and channels as required (brokers, networks, internal communications) to review effectiveness.

Represent Marketing and Customer Management department on specific project teams across the business.

Formulate, own and implement the delivery plan for Mandatory and Regulatory communications as well as communication plans for projects.


Essential Key Requirements:

·Minimum of 3 years Marketing experience

·Graduate calibre and ideally hold a recognised marketing qualification

·Proven experience of campaign management, including digital marketing experience

·Experience of line management of up to 2 direct reports

·Ability to make decisions without escalation

·Highly developed numerical, verbal and written communications skills

·Excellent organisational, time management, prioritising and planning skills

·Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills

·Experience of budget management
