The role is a Head of department role, a department that has 2 other teacher and one teacher support.
What we are looking for:

o QTS / KS3-KS5
o Experience of delivering the English language and literature Curriculum
o Experience of working within a English teaching environment within the UK
o Ability to engage and inspire young people
o Experience of tracking pupils progress
