Due to continued growth, this city centre based company is looking for an experienced 1st Line Support technician to join their team.

You will be required to provide 1st line support to both the Internal Sales and Customer Service departments.

Key requirements & responsibilities:
Maintain the IT network
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in an IT helpdesk role.
Experience working with Windows 10
Good knowledge of Office 365
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Previous experience supporting networks
Strong problem-solving skills with driven, pro-active attitude
Experience using VOIP systems Knowledge of VBA and SQL, JavaScript will be an advantage but are not essential for this role.
