Do you have a passion to enter the Marketing field or looking to further your career in the industry? We are looking for Excel driven candidates for a fantastic and varied administrative role with one of our top clients based in Crawley.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (60 min lunch). The role is due to start as soon as possible, although notice periods will be taken into account. Free parking on site and excellent links by public transport.

Within this role, you will work closely with an Account Manager, being a first point of contact for your allocated client and understanding and meeting the briefs from the clients. Duties involved in the role will include:

- Co-ordinating market research to take place
- Arranging events
- Updating spreadsheets
- Creating weekly/monthy reports
- General admin support for the Account Manager
- Using that all requested information is provided to the client within the allotted time frame
- Arranging travel/accommodation on behalf of Account Manager

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following experience:

- Passion/interest in marketing
- Strong Excel skills (Intermediate level)
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly and outgoing nature
