Internal Sales Manager - B2B Finance Solutions Commutable to Wimbledon

The Role:

As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Telesales Account Managers who will be proactively contacting existing, lapsed and new accounts with a view to booking meetings for the external sales team. Your team will be nurturing account relationships with a broad range of end users whilst developing new contacts within their account bases. This is a player manager role and your time will be spent selling (70%) and coaching, mentoring and developing your people (30%).

The Company:

Our client operates at the top end of their sector, selling finance solutions to enable businesses to fund capital purchases e.g. Lorries, Vans, Commercial Equipment. They are an extremely well known and highly respected in their sector and offer a market leading solution.

The Candidate:

You will be an experienced Telesales person and have had people management experience in your career to date. You will be able to flex your approach to build relationships with a diverse cross section of decision makers who will include MD’s, Business Owners, FDs, and Fleet Managers and be someone who leads from the front and demonstrates best practice to your team. As part of your role you will be expected to conduct team meetings, 121s and appraisals to ensure the team are on track and achieving their sales figures.

Office Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The Package:

Basic up to £35K

Plus uncapped OTE £50k+ in year 1
