Galileo, Evolvi,GDS and QC IT Support Consultant-Leading Business Travel Co-City of London-£32k-£35K
This diverse, challenging, fun and friendly Business travel Company are looking for a GDS and QC IT Support Consultant to provide 1st and 2nd level support to system users.
You will have:
in-depth knowledge of Galileo and at least 2 years’ experience as a Business Travel Consultant or in a System/Application support role within a Business Travel Company
solid experience using web based booking tools such as Evolvi, Trainline and Conferma including reservation systems, point of sale scripts and any in-house developed point of sale applications including how to deal with system functionality
Intermediate MS office and Excel (including basic formulae)
GDS access and password reset knowledge
been used to conducting internal one on one or group training sessions in new/current systems or upgrades
You may currently be supporting a small team of users as part of operations and now looking to move into a full time technical role or come from a Consultant side and wanting to become more involved in a development/systems IT support function.
