CER is working in Partnership with REAch2, the largest primary-only academy trust in the country. It is a growing charitable organisation currently supporting 55 primary academies across England. A newly created role, REAch2 is now seeking a talented Recruitment Manager to build strong internal relationships across the Trust with the SLT, Business Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBP's) and Heads of Function to provide an efficient and effective recruitment service across all academies.
Reporting to the Director of HR, the Recruitment Manager will be instrumental in liaising with Headteachers in the recruitment of teaching and support staff, managing campaigns and attending recruitment fayres. Will work closely with Regional Directors and HRBP's in the appointment of leadership roles, co-ordinating and managing the campaign, end to end, and developing internal and external relationships with stakeholders to maximise candidate attraction. You will play a key role in the development of compliance and processes to ensure a clear audit trail and provide monthly reports on current recruitment activity and results. Lead on the plan and delivery of group wide outreach activities to build the REAch2 brand in the attraction of talent to the group.
This individual will be the main driver for the recruiting function within REAch2. They will be innovative in their approach used to recruit and select top talent from graduate level to senior professionals. The Recruitment Manager will provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive recruiting strategy in line with REAch2 goals.
With one direct report, this role is home based though you will be required to visit academies when necessary, good connections to London is desirable. You will be a self starter, highly motivated with excellent time management skills. This is a visible role within a Trust that has ambitious plans for the future. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing recruitment across a large organisation, either commercial or in the public sector. You will be CIPD qualified or studying for this qualification, or hold an accreditation in Project Management. This is a challenging, rewarding role working with a dynamic, collaborative team.
