If you have a successful track record of sales and an interest in international property markets plus an understanding of the investment world, then we’d love to speak to you about this exciting new role with an international property client.
Founded in 2003, our client specialises in luxury and investment property and has over a decade of experience in many different markets around the world. The company has a portfolio comprising European city apartments, alpine chalets and tropical beach houses. They are looking for a driven and confident International Property Consultant to join their London team.
A successful marketing machine provides you with a regular supply of warm leads. You will work with potential buyers by both telephone and face to face meetings. Naturally, your aim is to identify their needs and match them to the right properties. Once they choose their investment property, you will liaise with developers to check the progress of the sale. Dealing with a wide range of international leisure and investor clients, it is vital that a high level of client care is maintained at all times. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines as part of a team dedicated to excellence in a highly competitive business.
You will have at least 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in the property world. A strong knowledge of the international property industry is helpful, as is an understanding of ski resorts and other lifestyle/ holiday destinations. You really must be driven and hungry to make sales. You will be expected to work as part of an enthusiastic and growing sales team.
On offer is a base salary of £24,000, with on target earnings in your first year of£70,000. There are people in the office who are earning £100,000+. You will also be given a phone allowance and holiday benefits.
