IT Workforce Analyst
Foxwell Associates are proud to be working with a healthcare provider in Bristol, who have a vacancy for an IT Workforce Analyst. The role is permanent, working full time hours Monday to Friday.
A brief summary of the IT Workforce Analyst role is as follows:
The team works closely with HR colleagues, finance and operational managers to ensure they can provide information to support good decision making.
- You will be responsible for the collection, analysis, modelling and reporting of complex workforce data relating to Workforce Strategy and Planning and the wider local teams, to ensure there is compliance with national and local requirements, and to make assessments and recommendations for future requirements of the local health economy.
- You will be able to demonstrate a high level of Excel skill, and will have proven experience of extracting, manipulating and analysing complex data to provide timely and meaningful information.
The successful candidate needs to have NHS & workforce knowledge, strong Business Information Analyst experience would also be considered. Some understanding of Electronic Staff Records (ESR) would also be preferable.
In return for your skills, the role governs a salary of between £28,500 to £34,500 depending on experience.
