Service Desk Engineer

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Service Desk Analyst at one of our top clients in Central London.
Our client is an up and coming finance business with a fantastic reputation. We are now hiring into our central London office for an IT Service Desk Analyst, who can work closely with the company's clientele across the country, with a solid understanding of the business infrastructure, computer incident management and troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a clear career pathway and is looking for some excitement.
Skills/Requirements for the Service Desk Engineer:
* Previous experience working on a Help Desk or Service Desk
* Experience of supporting Active Directory
* Experience of supporting Citrix
* Experience of working with desktop Windows technologies such as Windows 7 and 8
* Experience of supporting mobile technologies such as iOS and/or AndroidAny exposure to ITIL processes advantageous.
Strong & proven fault finding / trouble-shooting skills are essential as well as the ability to take ownership of issues & manage them right through to successful resolution; ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will also need strong communication skills as they will be liaising with clients & colleagues of all levels from across the whole business, providing a high level of customer service and also, sharing their ideas to add value to the IT Service Desk team too.
Hours are Monday to Friday: 08:00-16:00 with occasional 10:00-18:00.
