Reports to: Head of Procurement

Scope

Direct responsibility to support Cambian Procurement by;

Coordinated day to day Procurements needs from Cambian Sites

Maintaining the supplier database (including contracts)

Participate to creation of new procurement process

Participate to RFQ with the category Manager

Manage specifics supplier accounts (for example Travel Agency)

Generating and reviewing performance KPIs including purchase price variance analysis for the Department

Resolving sites queries for suppliers issues

Administrated and animate the intranet of the procurement department

Location and Reporting Structure

The job is based in Hammersmith, London.

The purchasing Coordinator is a key role in a new procurement team of 5. This role report directly to the Head of Procurement also based in Hammersmith.

Spend

The job holder is not expected to negotiate contracts directly but to contribute to the management of a spend in the region of €10Mpa.

Accountability

The job holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with Cambian’s Procurement Policy and Governance, and ensure a high level service to internal customer’s queries.

Working Relationships

The jobholder will work closely with the numerous Cambian sites as well as external suppliers.

Knowledge and Skills

Education to a degree level is expected together with experience of procurement.

Candidates without a degree will be considered provided that they can demonstrate successful experience in a similar role.
