Infrastructure Project Manager

London - Permanent - £55,000 - £60,000

A global hospitality giant is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and drive change on their Infrastructure Platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to build and maintain the technical infrastructure roadmap for your work stream/platform in line with the company strategy and business plan
  • Ensure business requirements include appropriate level of technical details, working with specialists in the Technology team and with other functional experts
  • Work with internal and external teams/agencies to deliver best in class technical solutions
  • Contribute to design discussions and challenge technology assumptions where required
  • Be able to drive the best appropriate technical solutions using the access you have to experts both internally and externally to support the business in its current state and get it ready for future growth
  • Own and build the communication channel between stakeholders and resolution teams to be the best that it can be
  • Be the 'Go-To' person in the business for technical issues related to your Platform
  • Build and maintain third party vendor relationships related to your work stream
  • Prioritise and categorise issues and problems. Escalating to the right teams/suppliers when required to do so.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong leadership in a confident and able way encompassing the values at all times
  • Proven track record in delivery and project/product ownership
  • Ability to own technical issues and see them through to resolution
  • Ability to own delivery roadmaps and execute them on time and to budget.
  • Ability to pull together business case information to support technology requirements
  • Be able to work with technical experts to understand the impact of architecture, data management and security on our solutions
  • Develop and support the creation of functional specifications and statement of works and be able to contribute to 3rd party supplier contract creation
  • Knowledge of Jira and ProjectPlace advantageous, plus other market leading support tools
