A hugely successful global fashion online retailer is looking for a bright highly numerical graduate with at least 1-2 years Business Analyst experience, to come and join their successful team.

The ideal Business Analyst they’re looking for will be an excellent problem solver with experience in delivering new systems capabilities. You’ll lead teams of IT and business stakeholder i.e. developers, testers etc: and be responsible for ensuring that they work together to enable change to happen. You’ll be able to put together compelling arguments for the analysis and solution of a given problem, and win over the hearts and minds involved.

So what will you be doing as a Business Analyst?

They’re an E-Commerce business with a very high profile set of websites used by customers round the world. However their business success is also underpinned by a set of systems that manage their supply chain, product, stock, orders, payments and customer details. They have built and enhanced both website and back end systems in-house over a number of years and they serve them very well. However they continue to innovate in all areas of the business and the Analyst team needs to be at the heart of new ideas, evaluating how they can implement them throughout their systems and operational processes.

To be in the running for this great Business Analyst role…….

·You’ll have a relevant degree and be have experience of systems analysis, defining requirements and working in teams to design system solutions - with an appreciation of the technical implications of changes you want to drive.

·You’ll demonstrate a track record of delivering systems analysis and changes that effectively solve business problems where multiple transactional systems are working together.

·You will ideally have 1-2 years experience as a Business Analyst and worked in a retail, financial environment or fast commercial background.

·You'll have SDLC experience

·You’ll have knowledge of SQL
