Our client is a successful financial planning and wealth advisory based in the west end. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administration Assistant for a 3 month temporary or contract role.

The main focus of the role will be to provide high-quality compliant support:

Duties will include:

• Processing and tracking new business
• Assisting in the preparation of valuations & annual reviews
• Assisting with product research and financial reports
• Liaising with product providers
• Recording commission/fees
• Recording of contributions & withdrawals
• Processing client valuations

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services or IFA environment
• Previous experience working in an IFA administration role
• Knowledge of Pensions, Investment & Protection products

Previous experience with IRESS Advisor Office is highly desirable
