Branch Manager
£18,000 - £30,000 DOE
London/Middlesex

Our Client was founded in 2003 and are currently the largest franchisee of Cash Converters - the UK's leading buying and selling retailer and also financial services experts. They started off with four mini stores in the London Area and now own 40 stores. They have plans for rapid expansion and are looking to recruit Branch Managers across London/Middlesex.

The Role:

  • Reaching sales targets, increasing profits and meeting deadlines
  • Dealing with store issues such as: queries and complaints
  • Drive and motivate your team
  • Interviewing and recruiting new staff
  • Overseeing stock control and receiving orders
  • Organising rotas and holidays

The Candidate:
The ideal Branch Manager will possess the following attributes:

  • At least 2 years Managerial experience. They are open to all candidates from all backgrounds but it is essential that you have had managerial experience
  • Retail/ Customer Service experience
  • Continuity in employment
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L)
  • An understanding of KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills
