Are you looking for a flexible working role within a hardworking and dedicated team in the Guildford area? If you have experience in an accounts department with some administration experience as well as exposure to Sage software and have excellent communication skills we would love to hear from you. Our rapidly expanding based client is looking for a self-sufficient individual able to liaise comfortably with other members of the team in a professional and firm manner as well as to be process driven, methodical and a good team player. Candidates studying for a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be given preference.

Duties will include:

• Prepare reconciliations and journals

• Accounts payable

• Sales invoicing

• VAT Returns

• Prepare forecasts, plans and management information

• Analyse results and report

• Commercial support

• Balance sheet reconciliations

• Office administration

• Adhoc support to the financial controller as and when required

You must have

• Excellent organisation and communication skills

• Proficient in Excel & Sage

• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure

• Self-motivated and driven

• Excellent customer service skills
