This opportunity would see you becoming a part of the growing analytics team in a leading, British online fashion retailer. This company understands the importance of data so they are looking for a candidate who can uphold their high standards.

What will you be doing?
*Analysing customer behaviours.
*Ensure that the analysis briefs will result in insightful analysis, answering all of the questions posed.
*Ensuring that analysis is clear, actionable and always fulfills the brief.
*Communicate insightful analysis to the wider community, where appropriate.
*Working and collaborating with other teams across the business to make sure that all objectives can be met with the best solution possible.

What do you need?
*Advanced knowledge of SQL
*Strong analytical approach with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
*Use of R for statistical analysis
*Stakeholder management skills
*Experience using CRM/Insight/Data Querying software for developing customer segmentations
*Experience mentoring
*Experience in a retail/marketing environment as a Senior Customer Insight Analyst or equivalent
