Our client is a significant player in its niche travel sector. As a result they are looking to recruit a GDS Support consultant to join its City of London office. Duties will include:
* Providing 1st / 2nd line GDS support
* Helping users around GDS training
* GDS administration (adding users etc.)
* Testing of new GDS systems used
* Provide one to one and group training
A can do positive attitude is required coupled with an ability to be calm under pressure and able to deal with users at all levels.
Minimum 12 months experience of working with a GDS (ideally Galileo) is needed coupled with a keen interest in IT, and wanting to expand your IT skills.
