Legal Secretary Assistant
Stephenson Jones Legal Recruitment specialise in placing legal secretarial staff across North Yorkshire and have done so since 1990. We are now seeking an experienced legal secretary to work within a thriving conveyancing department as assistant to HOD.

Audio and copy typing - correspondence, legal documents
Arrange for copying to be done
Make appointments, diary management, arrange meetings, book meeting rooms. Keep up to date diary
Liaise with clients both face to face, over the telephone and email etc
Opening and closing files
Copy typing of documents, amending and formatting documents
Organising searches. Land registry etc
Assisting with the everyday conveyancing process along with senior fee earner
Organise completion statements
All other conveyancing and secretarial related tasks.
