trendeo is a rapidly growing on-line fashion marketplace paving the way to become a front runner in affordable fast fashion.

We are looking for a fashion focused, dynamic, driven, innovative and highly creative person to head up and fully establish our social media presence on all channels.

This person will establish and be the guardian of brand guidelines for social media output, delivering to a standard of excellence and establishing trendeo's tone of voice and shape brand identity through creative content and art direction . This person will create a cohesive and contemporary brand aesthetic through storytelling on social channels instagram/ facebook/ twitter/Youtube etc.

This person will single handedly devise plans and strategies how to grow audiences across all social media channels and drive traffic to trendeo fashion market place through extensive experience. In addition, this person will determine the strategy for the influencer campaigns in order to derive necessary content for the social media channels.

Your Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Grow social media audiences across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube.

Play a key role in brand innovation, presenting ideas on how we develop and deliver the brands on social media

Create trendeo's voice and creative identity on social media - noteably instagram

Manage and optimise all the traffic driving output from Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube

Put together and deliver platform specific content and publishing plans with support of a designer

Distribute commercial content across relevant social platforms

Work with designer to ensure all the social content is high quality and in line with the trendeo’s tone of voice

Work with media partners such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Snapchat

Identify, implement and optimise publishing plans for contributors and influencers, bloggers, driving competitions and alternative inventive customer engagement strategies.

Monitor, analyse and react to live social analytics

Analyse market trends and competitors and make recommendation to help shape the social strategy

Skills & Requirements

Visionary and an original idea generator

Proven track record of growing audiences on Social media channels

Proven record working with influencer culture

Ability to develop brand identity through creative image sourcing and art direction

Keen fashion eye and sense

Experience in working with graphic designers and online content production

Strong understanding of high-street and online fast fashion retailers /marketplaces

Preferable experience with fashion ecommerce

Dynamic and motivated

Solid analytic and problem solving abilities

Solid organisation skills
