A well rounded and varied role, you’ll be involved in:
Assisting with securing new business
Conducting Property Viewings
Advising and liaising with clients
Preparing transaction documents
Overseeing and managing each deal to ensure a swift transaction for all involved
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
2 years’ experience within a London based commercial agency
A strong book of contacts within the London market
An entrepreneurial, self-starting mind-set and an outstanding work ethic
While beneficial, being RICS qualified is not essential. If you’ve got the experience and the drive but aren’t yet qualified, this company will support you in that journey.
As the key for this company is getting the right person on board, basic salary is negotiable. You’ll earn commission on top of that, to the tune of 10% of all deals completed.
