A global Telecoms brand has a new field-based requirements for Business Development Executives in London.

The Business Development Executive roles are highly autonomous. The successful Business Development Executive candidates will be given total ownership of their region, and will work with new and existing retail customers to meet and surpass targets for SIM Activations and Airtime Sales

The Business Development Executives make up a lively team that cover the UK, and on top of one of the best commission structure in the industry they enjoy monthly incentives and competitions to ensure that their successes are truly rewarded.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and ambitious individual, articulate and driven to hit targets in order to capitalise on the outstanding commission structure.

Skills and Experience:

  • Solid business acumen, and capable of building credible rapport quickly
  • Second language desirable (Hindi, Urdu, Polish etc…)
  • Must have valid driving license, insurance & MOT
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Flexible approach to role and requirements
  • Self-Motivated and able to priorities workload
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be reliable, conscientious, with work ethics and a "can do" attitude
  • Willingness and ability to cold-call to create new business prospects
  • Willingness to travel within the set geographical area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Over-achieve the monthly Sim Activations and Air-time targets via existing retails customers
  • Sign in new retail shops within the assigned region
  • Maintain and submit sales figures, documents, reports and route plans and all other deliverables promptly and diligently
  • Identify and grow distribution points for the company's products in the retail market
  • Promote the brand to independent retail stores, making a minimum of 20 Visits per day
  • Work with Promotions and Merchandising teams to direct sales & marketing support to retail outlets
  • Develop and grow a regular customer call frequency, working to a 4 weekly journey plan
