Accounts Administrator role for Architecture company within central London
Your new company
You will join an exciting Architecture company with a creative and enthusiastic approach to their designs. Assisting their clients with addressing complex developments and planning challenges. They have a history of successful proposals in sensitive heritage contexts. The company has experienced steady growth since its establishment.
Your new role
The role in its self has two core requirements; assistance of purchase ledger duties and administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis within the company. Ideally you will have excel experience in order to assist with collating data and manual entry of timesheets. The company is currently using Sage Line 50 so experience with this software is very beneficial to role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a welcoming personality when interacting with clients and managing phone related duties. Attention to detail is a must when completing data entry as well as a forward thinking, proactive approach to managing office supplies. Ideally you will be comfortable dealing with a mid-high volume environment on purchase ledgers and be able to come into an organisation to be productive from the very get go.
