Our client seeks a Head of Membership to lead the development and implementation to scale of a full a membership programme focussed on securing schools as clients and implementing professional learning as the core value add and differentiator.

Our client is a leading provider of school improvement through its internationally regarded curriculum products and the Head of Membership will lead the teams that support client schools through the full customer journey. This is a key marketing and service delivery leadership role with accountability for retention of current members and the associated revenue streams.

Key features of the role are:

• Setting the strategic direction of the membership offer
• Managing the provision of a first class customer experience for all member
• Delivering innovative strategies and communication plans that will grow the business

• Directing the delivery of Professional Learning

• Responsible for developing Professional Learning delivery models

• Responsible for organising the bi-annual national and regional events that build the brand and new business
