Our client is well established in the design industry and an opportunity has arisen for a sales professional to join their team. They offer an exciting, sophisticated and friendly working environment, in which to develop your career.

The role will suit someone who is results and target driven, highly organised, personable and charismatic, with a proven sale track record from within a high-end luxury textile environment. A good understanding of textiles and interiors is important and a high level of customer service is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenues from our field sales service in London and the wider UK market - appropriate to designers, trade & retail clients.

Key Tasks

  • Analyse client information and sales data to create and execute a sales plan to drive growth including unique marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with weekly visits booked and scheduled in advance, as well as reporting weekly to your Manager on these client meetings.
  • Recognize and work within the company vision, values, aspirations and priorities.
  • Develop long lasting relationships based on trust, service and respect. Always doing your best to assist clients with ideas and solutions to help with their current project.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure sampling and proformas are issued day of meeting / at client request.
  • Provide clear written reports weekly to your manager.

Key Requirements

  • An entrepreneurial sales professional from within interior textile market.
  • Proactive, innovative and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service mentality
  • Great presentation and negotiating skills, shows confidence in own ability.
  • Numerate and technologically literate (Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Strong administration, reporting and processing capabilities
  • Have a full UK Drivers Licence
