We are delighted to advertise for a Deputy Care Home Managers post with a high-end and established care provider in Perthshire. This role will provide a deputy manager an opportunity to oversee operations in the care home and still keep their clinical skills sharp by helping out on the floor when required. The role also guarantees on going work progression and excellent training. A large focus is to grow and develop the staff as frequently as possible.

The Care Home is regarded as one of the top homes in the area. The company that run the care home are large and local with lots of time and investment spent on ensuring the quality of care provided is always the best around. The nursing staff unit in the home are all likeminded individuals who all work their best for the residents and always make a good impression on visiting families.

Some Key Attributes for the Ideal Candidate includes:

An Active NMC registration and Pin number

Experience in deputising and taking on senior roles.

A genuine interest in working and caring for the elderly.

A drive to succeed and help improve the nursing home in all areas

A clear understanding of the NMC and Care Inspectorate guidelines.
