We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local public sector organization for a Admin Assistant in the Stockton area. the role is to provide a high quality, professional and responsive service to senior team members.

The post holder will

Provide a comprehensive, efficient administrative service
Maintain realistic and manageable diaries.
Manage senior manager`s diaries in a pro-active and efficient manner, based on all information from emails, meeting requests and travel itineraries.
Arrange meetings and set up any rooms/equipment required.
Manage incoming communications (email, post, telephone) and highlight / prioritise key points for follow-up / action and diary management.
Develop and maintain office systems to ensure the efficient collation, storage and retrieval of information (e.g.ID badges).
Order supplies using an electronic ordering system (Oracle) maintaining accurate records.

Provide a high quality typing and word processing service, producing correspondence, reports and other documents as required, including work of a confidential nature.
To arrange and attend meetings/events to accurately record and minute proceedings/decisions.
Provide reception cover for lunch times, sickness and any other leave

May need to travel so must have own transport
