Job Description:

Embark HealthCare are currently looking for 3 Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers. With days, nights and weekend roles available to join a 30+ bedded care home in Oxford, Oxfordshire helping and caring for the elderly. The team is highly qualified and the care home is extremely friendly and everyone comments on how welcoming it is. The Care team are skilled, friendly, and enthusiastic and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and care enormously about the home, residents, and relatives in so many ways.

The Health Care Assistant/Support Worker Responsibilities:

* Ideally they are looking for people that have some experience in a care environment and an NVQ Level 1,2 or 3 in Care

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team

* Ensuring the well-being of the residents, making sure their physical and emotional needs are met

* A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and a willingness to undertake any aspects of care or non-care duties

* A belief in giving your personal best at all times and striving for continuous improvement

The Health Care Assistant/Support Worker

* Must have some experience within a care environment

* Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

* Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check

* Must be authorised to work in the EEC
