Corporate Account Manager (Home based)

Animal Health solutions (pharmaceuticals, anti-infective, medicinal feeds, pain management and sedation products) to the companion animal (Pet) market.

East Anglia / East Midlands - Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Nottingham, Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Stevenage.

South East – North East London, South East London, Kent, East Sussex, South Essex, Croydon, Brighton

Central – Macclesfield, Stockport, Chester, Warrington, Liverpool, Rugby, Newcastle Under Lyme, Sheffield, Barnsley, Wakefield.

Salary / Benefits –

• Basic salary from £30k-40k per annum. Commission @ £10k per annum
with the ability to overachieve.

Role profile –

The Corporate Account Manager / Sales Executive/ Territory Manager will be responsible for selling a market leading portfolio of pharmaceuticals, anti-infective, medicinal feeds, and pain management and sedation products to veterinary practices throughout their designated territory. The key target customers will be veterinary surgeons (the prescriber) and also involve work with nurses and practice managers to ensure our client is positioned as the provider of choice. The role will be heavily account management focused but the appointed sales person will always be looking at new business opportunities. The role is home based and demands an experienced account manager who has territory management skills (planning, time management, organisational skills) and is able to forge long terms strategic relationships with customers. This role requires an ethical sales professional who through their consultative sales approach is able to add value to customers.

Candidate profile –

• Proven sales professionals from within the veterinary, human pharmaceutical, medical device, scientific or dental sectors. (Successful sales within the broad life science sector)
• A genuine interest in the animal health market – empathy and ethics!
• A consultative / partnership driven approach to business development.
• Track record of success.
• Business acumen, drive, energy, determination and professionalism.
