This role is based at the Head Office in Bracknell and you will be providing training support for the company, inducting new employees and giving refresher courses.

You will have an input into the content and implementation of these courses and you will be monitoring and highlighting training needs.

Please note: You must have experience of developing and documenting training within sales and customer focussed teams and be a motivational/inspirational character.

Key responsibilities:

Full induction courses
Various other training courses which will train individuals on the key elements of their job, the processes to follow and maximising their sales results .
Basic IT new starter training courses
Remedial and refresher training
Undertake practical training to give sales help to individuals
Measure course and training effectiveness through analysis post course of improvements in staff skill and ability to follow company processes
Create and update training courses across the company in line with updated system enhancements and process changes
Create process documents, guidance and packs to accompany the courses.
Create training material for new launches and liaise with third party suppliers regarding updated scripts and training.
Utilise conference call and screen share facilities to support distance learning where operationally required or beneficial
Continually refresh knowledge with industry specifics through webinars and newsletters in order to provide new ideas.
Internally communicate with managers, marketing, recruitment and HR to ensure all elements of the training are covered.
Create video training for the internal library to support the training courses.
Manage and update the training library in line with IT progression and releases.
Undertake phone and email based mystery shops and grade accordingly
Work with the Team Leaders to provide support with coaching and active listening, identifying training needs where required.


Experience in developing and documenting training courses for sales and customer service focused teams
Experience in presenting effective and engaging training courses to small and medium sized groups- Up to 50
Experience in working one to one with trainees to assist them to implement the theories from training courses
Experience using web and phone based remote training
Effective use of Powerpoint
