Job Title: Senior Registration Coordinator

Job - Summary of the Role, Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Working with the Registration Coordinator to report on accurate registration tracking
Manage the end-to-end registration process and taking full ownership of this pre-event and on-site
Updating, testing and maintenance of the booking system - suggesting and implementing ideas and processes that can be improve the functionality for users
Review and lead on applying updated and new registration processes
Create and maintain events files which contains detailed information specific to each event
Responsibility for ensuring all pre-event registration admin is complete and processes have been followed to allow for a smooth onsite registration
Accurately reconciling all registration admin post-event along with the Registration Coordinator in a timely manner
Checking, monitoring and allocating incoming payments for invoices
Processing HR and Payroll paperwork
Work with Finance to ensure processes and policy and procedure are being adhered to in registration.
Responsible for accounts enquiries relating to registration, sponsor and exhibitor invoices and on occasion the wider team.
Available for occasional travel, potential for international travel
Person - Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Ability to troubleshoot and take the lead on tasks
Strong team leader and confident decision maker
Ability to understand processes that can sometimes be complex - especially finance processes
Accounts / credit control experience
Previous on-site registration / operational experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volumes of internal and external enquiries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with very strong customer service skills
Detail-orientated multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills
Strong interest in working in a customer-led event environment
Ability to multi-task with a meticulous attention to detail
Experience of using Salesforce desirable
Language skills are beneficial but not essential ie French/ Spanish
