Our Client, a Recruitment Franchise has a fantastic process in order to generate new business. Our 3 stage process enables us to build our client database by contacting potential candidates in order to introduce our products and services; your objective is to opt the candidate in to a franchise opportunity appointment/meeting with a member of the business development team. 

You will be fully qualifying each candidate that they are interested in the opportunity in a professional and compliant manner, building a rapport by asking a relevant set of questions and understanding the customers’ position and interest. In addition you will finally set up an appointment/meeting with a member of the business development team.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Generating a targeted amount of appointments/meetings per day focusing on certain locations.
Working towards daily KPI productivity and conversion targets
Managing your own pipeline
Setting up Appointments/Meetings
Qualifying your opportunities
Ensuring you produce quality leads to our sales team
Working together as a team in order to drive the business forward
This position requires a self motivated individual that is versatile, tenacious and works well as part of a team. Strong telesales experience necessary.

Anyone with previous Telesales, Appointment Setting or Lead Generation skills that has a competitive streak will be successful within the role and will have the ability to excel within the company. 

Days - Mon - Fri
Hours - 9AM - 6PM
Salary - 15K - 17K Per Annum (Dependant Upon Experience)
Bonuses - Realistic Bonus of 5K - 10K can be achieved Per Annum
