Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 potential DOE

Our client is looking for a driven individual whom enjoys providing first class service and offering a strong, high quality leadership skills. The Role

This position offers a variety of duties and responsibilities, making every day different from the last. Staff development and coaching within this role includes the over-see of performance standards from managing underperformance to acknowledging excellence. Also to ensure that staff members skills are continuously being developed through formal training. You will be responsible for recruitment of some particular roles within the company, the promotion of creative and innovative ideas to staff to help overcome any problems they may come across. You will be expected to plan regimes to ensure efficient costings and ensure there are contingency plans in place for disaster recovery situations. Part of this role includes that the highest of health and safety measures are met throughout all aspects of responsibilities and duties and company policies are being followed at all times. Vehicle maintenance and operation must be in accordance to legal requirements along with routine risk assessments being completed. Responsibilities will also involve liaising with the general manager, promoting excellent customer service, promote staff sales and ensure customer experiences remain positive.


The successful candidate MUST have prior experience in working within waste recycling transfer stations.
Must be computer/ I.T literate.
Knowledgeable in relevant in health and safety policies and procedures.
Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling.
Extensive business development experience.
The right candidate would ideally possess a National CPC road haulage, WAMITAB, NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
