A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to become a sales executive for a company specialising in outdoor clothing.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their sales team and they are in need of a sales executive to head up business development. You will receive an attractive starting salary and a strong commission structure.

The role:

As part of a growing company within the clothing sector, your main responsibilities will be generating new leads, chasing these leads, meeting potential new clients and closing deals in order to grow profitable revenues for the company.
Generating new clients through cold calling you will also be managing the accounts that you bring on. The role will be office based from a Birmingham office.

The candidate:
Have a valid driving licence.

The successful sales executive will be a vibrant and self-motivated individual who can work under pressure to meet and exceed their sales targets.

A hunger and drive to succeed is key.

A proven record of success within sales in essential with industry experience in outdoor clothing preferred.

The internal sales executive will need a strong work ethic, resilience, tenacity and a positive attitude.

Previous sales / customer service experience is essential in the outdoor clothing sector.

Excellent sales skills and a proven track record of achieving KPI's.

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients.

Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.

The package

For the position of sales executive you will be offered a fantastic basic salary depending on experience and an excellent commission structure with mileage allowance included.
