£20,000 plus commission

We are currently working with a market leading outsourced accountancy with a highly professional offering. They are looking to bring on board a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for taking over from the initial sales team with a view to close business and develop relationships with new clients. Long-term development is expected and you will be provided with full training from the ground up.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing an on-boarding service for new customers in the Enterprise division and provide support to the Senior Account Managers in closing the sale. They will also ensure that the set-up of the contract and service provision is as efficient and effective as possible. Ideally they are looking for someone with a mix of sales and administration skills for this role.

Sales Coordinator Package:

- Basic Salary £18,000-£20,000
- Uncapped Commission
- OTE £30,000
- Full benefits package

Sales Coordinator Role:

- Liaise with customers who have had initial meetings with the Senior Account Managers, who are interested in pursuing a contract for our services and where possible close the sale - all WARM leads!
- Manage a pipeline of customers and keep in contact with them on a regular basis, chasing down leads and conversions
- Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks for all new customers
- Once the go live dates are confirmed, process the personal details and director information and handover the details of the customer to the Accountancy and Payroll teams
- Provide a link between the Sales, Accountancy and Payroll team to ensure a seamless process and service provision for the customer
- Assist with bank and insurance provider set-up, prepare bank feeds and ensure that contract paperwork is signed and returned
- Promote the additional services provided by our Business Partners
- Ensure that KPI's and targets are met on a monthly basis

The Ideal Candidate:

- Ability to close a solution based sale, by promoting benefits of the service and overcoming objections
- Microsoft excel and outlook proficient
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
- Ability to handle a range of tasks from sales through implementation and administration
