Our client is part of a global business. Their head office, based in Warwick is the sales and service hub for the UK.

You will be working as part of a small friendly team, contacting businesses from a database, initiating conversations and building rapport with a view to re-establishing lapsed or dormant accounts, whilst also speaking with existing live customers to further develop business relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

Calling lapsed or dormant customer accounts to encourage sales of our client’s products
Building up relationships and rapport with new and existing customers
Following up new incoming customer enquiries
Calling new customers to introduce the clients service or product
Answering incoming email and phone communications
Booking appointments for demos or sales visits
Working with and supporting the sales and account management teams
General ad-hoc office administration duties  


Skills Required

Telesales or Telemarketing experienced preferred but not essential
You should be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident person
An excellent communicator both written and verbally
Professional and well-spoken (fluent in English)
Have excellent customer rapport building skills
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent administration skills
Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the internet as a tool
