A new and exciting opportunity with one of the South's leading New Home Developer has surfaced in the in the Southampton area. My client is keen to recruit a full time Sales Negotiator for a beautiful new development that is due to launch this month with a view to also be part of the driving force of future developments in Hampshire. In order to apply for this position you will need to be able to work weekends and ideally have previous new homes sales experience.

You will be based on site selling properties up to £1m so you will need to be driven to deliver first class customer service and be able to ensure all sales targets are met. The successful candidate will need to take ownership of the development as well as the entire purchasing process.

Main responsibilities:

Work closely with the Sales Manager
Carry out market research and ensure marketing events are undertaken pro-actively in order to achieve sales pipeline
Follow and adhere to company procedures
Pro-actively follow up leads to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by the company

In return for the right skillset my client is offering a competitive package in a great working environment. You must be able to work some weekends and have use of a car.
