An award-winning and fast-moving travel company is seeking an Operations Manager. This role offers good future career prospect and an employment package including incentives and travel discounts.

Responsibilities will include leading, motivating and developing the team ensuring all operational admin is up to date, working closely with stakeholders (Product and Customer Support) and building relationships with ground handlers and suppliers. In addition you will develop procedures, policies and standards for the department, handle escalated complaints and analyse data for operational effectiveness and areas of improvement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Operations or Customer Service Team Manager with first class interpersonal skills and a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. You will need to demonstrate the ability to motivate a team, be extremely organised and keen for new experience and responsibility. Any specific travel industry experience could also prove useful, although may not be essential for the right candidate.
