My client is a highly established law firm who offer a range of legal services to the public, and are currently seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their team.

The Role

The successful Legal Cashier will have a minimum of 12 months experience within this sector of Law. With prior knowledge and experience of client and office cheque requests, daily banking, inter account transfers, bank reconciliations, designated deposit accounts admin and maintenance, TT and BACS payments as well as debit and credit card payments.
In addition, the successful Legal Cashier will have knowledge and experience of, ledger conciliations and queries, purchase ledger, payroll and PAYE scheme, credit control and billing and costs calculations, LSC submissions, petty cash, file opening and archiving and assisting with month and year end reporting.

Required skills & experience:

• 3-5 years` experience as a Legal Cashier
• Knowledge and experience within Legal Cost matters
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent IT and Communication skills
