The individual will be working as part of the IT Asset Team to call customers and arrange for their existing PC or Laptop to be upgraded. It will also in include new starters and leavers to the business.

The role will involve working with word and excel and so a good understanding of these and an excellent and confident telephone manner will be required.
A basic understanding of software and compliance knowledge will benefit the individual but not essential for the role.


* Accurate completion of IT build sheets
* Liaising with the customer and discussing hardware and software requirements
* Managing workload in the WYG ticketing system
* Co-ordinating the re-allocation of hardware equipment as required
* Assist in tracking the location of hardware equipment including Missing in Action kit.
* Checking an asset register for company information
* Booking couriers to arrange IT equipment to be delivered to and from site

* Excellent Communication skills (telephone manner)
* Good organisational skills and time management
* Office 2007 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Software and compliance knowledge (not essential)
* Ability to work on autonomously

* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to follow process
