Working Hours: Monday - Friday (no weekend work)
Contract: Part time - 20 hours
We're recruiting for a Helpdesk Advisor to work in our Customer Care team.

We are an established and fast-growing technology business delivering rare market leading software to schools across the UK and abroad.

Our head office is in Sheffield and in 2006 we launched a very successful communication system. Since then, our customer base has expanded rapidly across the country

Could you deliver a great technical and customer support to our clients?

The Role

You will be working within an office based team of people, delivering support to clients in schools.

You will enjoy working with people over the phone and be able to multi-task using systems and talking clients through processes at the same time.

We believe that as you will be supporting people who are using the company’s software product, you should have a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to any customer service or support calls
Offering a high level of customer service and making outbound calls
Talking through how to use functions over the phone
Make exploratory calls to refresh our database with names and contact details
Analysing each query individually and making sure it is diarised for the next action appropriately
Liaising with various teams in the business to make sure all customer queries are dealt with effectively
The Person

Minimum Requirements:

6 months Customer Service Experience
An appreciation for technology
Competent using Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
The ability to multitask efficiently
