Technical Support Engineer

Brief Overview

We are looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer.

Our client specialise in 3D technology solutions. Their award winning software captures 3D data. Their client base is very much focused towards the surveying, engineering and geospatial sector.

We require someone to act as the first line response to support calls for customers.

Management of the hardware returns process with respect to service and repair ensuring that the customer is fully informed at all stages

You will assisting product calibrations, software testing and third party software evaluation.

Experience/Key Skills

* 2 years' experience in a customer facing technical support role
* Highly computer literate
* Confident communicator (both spoken and written)
* Team player
* Ability to manage challenging customers
