Service Desk Coordinator

Service Desk Coordinator – My client is currently recruiting for a service desk coordinator to help on their service desk supporting their internal and external client base.

The Service Desk Coordinator will asses emails that come into the service desk and log as incidents onto their CRM, keep customers informed of the progress being made on these and insure all incidents are closed.

The Service Desk Coordinator will have the following experience:

Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems.

Knowledge of Windows desktop applications.

Know of call logging systems.

Excellent customer care skills.

The Service Desk Coordinator role will be for a 12 months period.

The role operates the following shifts 7am – 3pm and 10am – 6pm
