We are recruiting for a Visual Technology company based in Bracknell and they are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join them.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in technology with a great technical knowledge and strong customer service skills.

Salary up to £22k per annum, plus benefits.

The Customer Support Executive is to provide first line support to customers via telephone and e-mail. They will be the key contact on any support issues that come in to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:
• First line customer and technical support which involves reporting and responding to incoming calls via various sources including telephone, e-mail and social media
• Providing support on both hardware and software
• End to end management of the RMA process including retrospective courtesy calls to check if the customers are happy with their repair
• To liaise with the UK Engineering team and the Japanese support team as may be required
• To provide routine feedback on all open and closed customer calls to the UK Management Team
• To provide pre-sales support to the Product marketing team including evaluating new models prior to launch, checking monitors prior to being used for magazine reviews and pre-staging monitors and workstations for exhibition use
• To perform diagnostic tests on monitors as required
• Assist with re-organisation of office space and office relocations

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 years customer support role within the IT industry
• Experience of working with Windows and Apple O/S Systems
• An understanding of Windows Server 2008 & 2012 and SQL Server 2008 & 2012
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak to people with various skill levels
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• A self-starter with initiative who is resourceful and able to work independently
