The successful candidate for this Graduate Academic Mentor role will join the school in September 2017, and will work alongside the existing staff members to cover short term teacher absences, and support students on a one to one or small group basis. This role will involve liaising with the school's Special Educational Needs Department, and with classroom teachers to offer support in classes, as and when necessary in the capacity of a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This person will need to be an excellent communicator, who is very flexible and adaptable, who is eager to gain experience within a secondary school classroom.
