Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking to recruit a Rent & Service Charge Project Manager to work in their office in Nottingham.

The purpose of the role will be to lead on a full review of the rent and service charge setting for the charity's supported housing and to develop a clear model and methodology for setting and reviewing rent and service charges, ensuring a full breakdown of charges and evidence base linked to the budget is produced for each property.

This is a full time temp to FTC role for 12 months starting asap after successful interviews.
