In this role you will be responsible for modelling domestic and commercial buildings in line with building regulations. You will be required to have an up to date knowledge of building regulations and BREEAM.

The role:
*Modelling on a range of buildings
*Liaising with design team members to ensure strategies are met
*Working in commercial, retail and luxury residential sectors

The person:
*IES knowledge
*BREEAM / CSH experience ideal
*Understanding of current building regulations
