Contract Manager/Project Engineer:

Primary duties will include:
• Project Management all mechanical and electrical parts of the project
• Procurement
• Site supervision of M&E installations
• Financial management of the project budget and accountability for the project deliverables
• Management of suppliers and sub-contractors on and off site
• Develop and maintain project installation programme using EXCEL or MS Project
• Preparation of internal monthly project reports
• Project Financial planning for cost control and invoicing the client
• Site commissioning and client sign off and all necessary documentation
• Attend all site meetings and record minutes of meetings
• Interpreting drawings for fabrication and installation
• Maintain Evergreen Water Solutions QMS system
• Health and Safety - Prepare a detail method statement and risk assessments and have up to date health and safety training certificates

Additional duties:
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Work closely with our in-house design engineers
• Identify potential new projects
• Provide weekly progress reports on all projects to the Company Directors
• Formulate operations and maintenance manuals with our in-house engineers
• Provide support in tender preparation for new and existing projects
• Develop maintenance contracts with existing clients
• Maintain up to date Management Cards and Health and Safety certificates
• Provide operator training

Site management and installation experience essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience and a proven track record in multiple project management

Salary : £50,000 to £60,000.
Includes company vehicle and travel expenses.

Our head office is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Must be willing to travel within the UK
